If only there was a way to sync my Roboform and 1Password databases regularly. I was able to export from Roboform and import into 1Password, but that is not something that lends itself to regular use. I use both platforms regularly.

1Password goes beyond the standard Keychain and AutoFill features. For example, 1Password allows you to define detailed identities, without limiting yourself to what is available in the Address Book. You can even define multiple identities so you can automatically fill a web form with your personal information, or use one of your aliases instead. The automatic form filler logic is able to fill more forms than the standard AutoFill feature. Many more features.

What’s New in this Version
- A dds a new 1Password for iPhone Logins window as well as support for the latest release of Safari, Firefox, and Camino.

A state-of-the-art password manager and form filler that stores all your information within the OS X Keychain. You are able to store all your confidential information like passwords, credit card numbers and other sensitive data in one place.

Direct integration with popular browsers allows you to log in to websites with a single click. Since all your data is in the Keychain, each browser extension can share the same data. This means you never need to manually copy your passwords from browser to browser ever again!

1Passwd is a great way to keep track of your passwords offline. If your computing extends to non-Mac as well, another option could be a cross platform password manager.

Here’s the difference between offline and online password managers:
